Technical issues that render the Service completely unusable, and where we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. Legal or regulatory obligations requiring a refund.

Refund requests outside these circumstances will not be considered. By purchasing the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
